Lead messages are stored on our website server in a CSV file and emailed to the business owner. We keep this data only as long as we need it to respond to and complete the job, plus a reasonable period for warranty and bookkeeping.
Third-Party Services We Use
- Google Analytics, for visit counts and behavior reporting.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, for spam protection on the contact form.
- Elastic Email, to deliver lead-notification emails to the business owner.
- Google Maps, for the embedded map on our contact and service-area pages.
These providers each have their own privacy policies that govern the data they collect.
Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we have on file about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information from our records.
