Our Story
A Naperville Shop Built on Old-School Work
Tritan Services started in 1979 when Ted hung a shingle out of his garage in Naperville and started taking calls. He had a truck, a meter, and a simple rule. Show up on time, do the job right, and charge a fair price. That rule still runs the shop today, and it is why Naperville and surrounding areas homeowners keep calling us back.
Over four decades, the work grew from electrical into plumbing and heating and cooling. Same family, same red trucks, same focus on the kind of careful workmanship that holds up. Today our crew handles service-panel upgrades, water heater swaps, furnace installs, EV chargers, and the weekend emergencies the bigger shops would rather skip. Ted started Tritan in 1979 because he wanted to run a shop the right way. No upselling, no hiding behind a call center, no shortcuts on safety. He spent the first ten years doing every panel pull and every drain line himself, and he still rolls out for the trickier electrical and remodel jobs in Naperville.
He hired family and friends he could trust, taught them the way he learned, and built a small crew that treats every house like it is their own. That is why our trucks come back to the same neighborhoods year after year.
